THE SELECTION PROCESS

SCWO has built up a database of women of distinction, and its researchers are constantly adding names and information to this. SCWO member organisations and members of the public are encouraged to suggest names to be added to the database.

The Resource Panel reviews the database and comes up with a shortlist of candidates for induction each year. The Selection Panel then decides on those to be inducted. The Hall of Fame induction ceremony is the highlight each year of SCWO’s International Women’s Day celebrations.
