The Lives of Women

As part of our outreach efforts to tell the inspiring stories of women in Singapore, SWHF launched a three-part series entitled ‘The Lives of Women: What Life Was Like For Women In Pre-Independence Singapore’.

The first installation was launched in May 2018 at the National Museum and details the roles and status of women in the past and how some of our Hall of Famers contributed to the betterment of women’s lives in Singapore.
